Corona, Corona, and Corona it is all you hear nowadays. Can we go back, to when corona was only a drink at parties? Parties that are now forbidden. Don’t we all look forward to the days when we can go out again? I have good news for you! I present you 3 fun ways to throw a virtual corona proof party at home. Get your laptops, start teams/ zoom, and party the night away.

PowerPoint night

PowerPoint night is the new trend on TikTok but what exactly is it? Everyone from your friend group has to make a PowerPoint presentation about a random topic. This could be about all the drunk statements of your friends, ugliest photos of the friend group, etc. Everything is possible. Add as many videos or images as you want. To spice it up, make rules that the presenter cannot say “uhh” or that they must finish the presentation within a time slot. If they fail, they must take a shot (unless you’re underaged of course ;)).

Some ideas for PowerPoint slides could be:

  • Where do I see my friends in 10 years?
  • Where would my friends get arrested for?
  • What animal would my friends be and why?
  • Which actors would play us in a movie?

Friend quiz

Who does not like a good quiz? Especially when it is about your friends. The friend group has to make a few categories related to the friend group. For example, partying, holidays, etc. Every group member has to come up with a few questions about a friend for every category. Make a quiz out of it and have a fun night!

Ideas for questions:

  • What was the name of the guy … kissed with on the holiday in …?
  • Photoshop a photo of your friend group with one friend missing, everyone now has to guess who is missing.
  • Morph the face of your friends together with someone else with an app and guess who it is.

Ranking the friends/ Most likely to

Do you want to know how your friends actually think about you? Ranking the friend and the ‘Most Likely to…’ games are perfect for this.

For Raking the friends, a statement/question will be given to everyone. Everyone writes down the friends in the order they think the statement fits the most and so on. One of the friends presents their list and the reasons for it. Everyone that has a person on the same spot gets a point. Then a new statement/ question will be pronounced.

When playing ‘Most likely to…’ a statement will be given to the group. Everyone has to write down 1 name of the friend group. After, everyone will say their choice and why they chose that friend.

You can also mix up the games and put them together.

Ideas for ranking the star and most likely to:

  • Ranking who would become a Hollywood celebrity.
  • Most likely to get broke?
  • Ranking who would survive on an isolated island.
  • Most likely to crash a car?

Who said corona couldn't be fun? Call all your friends and have a night you won’t forget.

*laughter is guaranteed ;).
