You will be introduced to the world of habits and behaviour, and with the help of a few tips and tricks, you will better understand why so many people fail to make real changes, but also how you can succeed. In this process, we will use techniques of renowned behavioural scientists, such as Ben Tichelaar and BJ Fogg. It is an interactive workshop, in which you will already take the first steps into the right direction.
