Have you always been curious what food does to our brain? And did you know that we also have a so-called ‘second brain’ in our body?
In this session you will learn how and what to eat for a healthier brain, but you will also do some food prepping yourself. ‘Food for brain’ is aimed at having a relaxing and good time together, where you can connect and have fun with other students.
After 1 hour 'theory' you go together with your fellow students to the Umami kitchen and prepare food yourself. Are you looking forward to show your cooking skills?
