Who are you as a future (female) leader?
Our generation is seen as ‘woke’: totally up to date on issues like gender (in)equality, inclusion, and advocating these whenever we have the chance. We are ambitious, aware of stereotypes and determined to rule the world.
Yet, at the same time, we sometimes experience getting interrupted in meetings more often than our male counterparts or dealing with sexism or subtle forms of harassment even (ever been told ‘to smile more’?).
Isn't it time to do something about it!?
BESTtraining offers a new training course on (female) leadership. In this training course you will not only go into the communication skills that are needed to battle forms of gender inequality, but you will also become aware of who you are as a future leader and how you can empower yourself to reach that goal.
