The BEST ‘Brain in Balance’ workshop will help you to manipulate your brain towards more positive thoughts to maintain a healthy study, work and life balance.
Are you easily stressed out or even gloomy because of Covid-19? Are you worried about what this all will mean to your studies and future life? In two sessions, the ‘Brain in Balance’ workshop will give you a deeper understanding of the influence of stress in our brain and stress coping within the dynamics of our ever-changing environment. Practical exercises will give you insights and inspiration to improve your resilience and mental flexibility. The workshop is about three topics: Digital vitality Personal effectivity Mental well-being By life hacks, practical tips and tricks on these three topics you will be challenged to take charge and bring back a healthy balance into your studies, work and life. The personal ‘Brain in Balance’ effectivity workshop has a strong empowering character with an emphasis on self–helping and is therefore non-therapeutical.
