Community & Connection | The 3rd Eye Episode 05

About this post

In this episode, we talk about the pressures of building your own community in your early 20s, especially after moving away from familiar environments and starting over.

We explore the experiences of introverts and extroverts when it comes to meeting new people, as well as the role of FOMO, perfection, and societal expectations in shaping how we form connections.

This episode also reflects on the uncertainty that comes with letting new people into your life, the fear of making mistakes, and the reality that not every connection will be the right one. Some experiences can be difficult, but they are also part of the process.

We aim to show that building a community is not about getting it right the first time, but about learning, growing, and continuing to put yourself out there despite setbacks.

If you have ever felt pressure to find your people or struggled with building meaningful connections, this episode is for you.
