Ingredients
- Sour cream (to serve it with)
- 2 Beetroots
- 200g Tomato sauce
- 250g Beans
- Parsley (to serve it with)
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth
- 1 big onion
- 2 big carrots
- 300 - 400 g Potatoes

Where to get them?

Instructions:
- Chop beets, carrots, potatoes, and onions.
- In a large pot, sauté onions in a bit of oil until soft. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
3. Pour in beef or vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until all vegetables are tender. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of vinegar to taste. Add minced garlic for extra flavor. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of sour cream and fresh dill.
