As of May 20 a Stress Relieve Hour will be offered by BESTtraining.

Every Thursday from 3pm-4pm, we provide tools and advice on how to stay calm in difficult situations. We will practice various stress relief techniques that you can also apply afterwards. You learn to focus on the present moment as a way to feel more relaxed.
