Dealing with Stress (English training)

Without stress we would achieve very little. But too much stress, and too often, makes it difficult to perform well. You may recognise this. Whether you are male or female, young or old, we all have to deal with stress sometimes and it can affect your well-being and / or functioning. When stress is getting the better of you and you feel like you're losing control, it's time for action!

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

  1. Are your emotions on the surface?
  2. Do you have too little time, attention and energy for things that are very important to you?
  3. Do you have so many negative thoughts that you can’t find 'headspace' to study.
  4. Do you sleep poorly?
  5. Do you have concentration problems?

Sometimes we are severely tested by stressful circumstances, but in most cases we make our own stress. This is something we will address constructively in this training course!
