Even though I’ve been to sport halls all my life, my eagerness for new experiences never ceases. Undoubtedly, without the curiosity to learn and develop yourself, you cannot succeed. The first step of provoking a desire is to realise that everything you do is for a healthy body and an energized brain. In order to live a physically active life, you need your body to feel great. So, you can try different sports and classes to find which sport/class fits your personality best.
When I entered Bress for the first time, I felt like a kid in a candy store. They give you the opportunity to try different sports, and I wanted to try everything, even though I didn’t know what I could expect. Trying new classes can be stressful, but the key element is just to relax and enjoy your time, because you will learn new exercises instead of which will help you get your body and mind in shape.
So, with that kind of thinking in mind, it’s time to talk about one of the classes I tried: Power Pump.
