Stress relief hour
Did you experience a lot of stress during your previous studies, for example during tests and exams, and do you want to start this academic year well? If you want to avoid feeling too much stress and tension, and would like to deal with it differently, come to the weekly stress relief hour.
In this hour, the BUas student psychologists offer you, together with other students, the opportunity to get acquainted with stress reduction techniques. We will work with different exercises, so that you can apply these techniques yourself later on. Just think of relaxation or mindfulness exercises. You will learn how to focus on the here and now, so that you can find more relaxation, even during difficult or stressful moments.
Practical information & Room schedule
This workshop is offered on Mondays from 15.00 to 16.00 hrs. You can choose when ever you like to go!
