As a matter of fact, the less flexible you are, the more result you will feel. This particular form of yoga focuses on moving away from external stimuli of hectic student life to total relaxation.
During the yin yoga sessions, participants stay in a pose for an extended period of time in order to relax the muscles and increase the fluidity of connective tissues such as ligaments, joints and fascia, and, as a result, become more flexible in body and mind.
The sessions last 75 minutes and previous yoga experience is not necessary at all.
The sessions for students are for free.

we advise you to bring a thick sweater and socks in order to avoid cooling down too quickly.
Yoga mats and props are provided, you might want to bring a beach towel or plaid to put on top of your mat, this is optional.
Make sure you are 5 minutes early in class, to settle down.
