Fritz’s veggie burger

Any sort of buns you like (brown soft buns are used in the video)

Vegetarian burgers (bought at Albert Heijn)

Sauces (Honey mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise)

According to preference

Arugula

Red Onions

Gherkins

According to preference

Old Gouda Cheese

1 slice

-toaster

-a pan or a grill


Instructions:

  1. 1. Start by toasting the buns of your choice (you can use brown buns, white buns with sesame seeds, etc.).

  2. 2. Coat the veggie burgers in some oil, and put them in a pan or on a grill, which ever you have available to you (you can find the original, greek or sicilian burger used in episode 1 of Dishtination’s ‘’You Just Got Served!’’ at your local Albert Heijn).

  3. 3. Add half a slice of Old Gouda Cheese to the burger and let it melt on top of it.

  4. 4. Take some arugula and cover the bottom top of the bun.

  5. 5. Take the burger (with cheese) and place it on top of the arugula.

  6. 6. Pick a sauce of choice and add to burger (you can use honey mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.)

  7. 7. Place some gherkins and red onions on top of the sauce to add that extra bite of juiciness.

  8. 8. Take the top of the bun, and push it down on the rest of your freshly prepared burger.
