Fritz’s veggie burger

Ingredients for 2 burgers:

-a pan or a grill
Instructions:
- 1. Start by toasting the buns of your choice (you can use brown buns, white buns with sesame seeds, etc.).
- 2. Coat the veggie burgers in some oil, and put them in a pan or on a grill, which ever you have available to you (you can find the original, greek or sicilian burger used in episode 1 of Dishtination’s ‘’You Just Got Served!’’ at your local Albert Heijn).
- 3. Add half a slice of Old Gouda Cheese to the burger and let it melt on top of it.
- 4. Take some arugula and cover the bottom top of the bun.
- 5. Take the burger (with cheese) and place it on top of the arugula.
- 6. Pick a sauce of choice and add to burger (you can use honey mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.)
- 7. Place some gherkins and red onions on top of the sauce to add that extra bite of juiciness.
- 8. Take the top of the bun, and push it down on the rest of your freshly prepared burger.
